Welcome to my site of Random Acts of Inspiration. You most likely found your way here because you found a sticky note that moved you.

We’ve all heard of Pay It Forward, or Random Acts of Kindness. These were my own inspiration that created this little project. We all have moments in in our lives where we are feeling down, we are feeling grey, or we are feeling hopeless. I have had many of these moments in my own life. I also know that it is at these times that we need support and kindness the most. Sometimes the best help, the most hope for brighter days can come from something so very small that we hardly would have expected it. That is the premise behind this project.

I decided to distribute sticky notes with inspiring quotes and messages in random places I encountered during the day. My plan was simply that people who needed some small kindness or inspiration would come across a sticky and feel enlightened, if only a small bit. Then I decided I would love to have a place where people could come to write about how my notes helped them; then others could read these stories and further inspiration could be spawned. The snowball effect.
